About this Service
Peel Travel Clinic at 550 Matheson Blvd W, Unit 107, Mississauga, is your complete destination for travel medicine in the GTA. Whether you are travelling for business, leisure, or humanitarian work, our travel health physicians conduct comprehensive pre-travel consultations to assess your itinerary, health history, and destination-specific risks — then administer all required and recommended vaccines in one visit.
We are an authorized Yellow Fever vaccination centre, licensed to administer the Yellow Fever vaccine (Stamaril) and issue the official International Certificate of Vaccination or Prophylaxis (ICVP) — the "Yellow Card" — required for entry to many countries in sub-Saharan Africa and South America. Yellow Fever vaccine is a live vaccine and requires a physician consultation before administration.
Our most commonly administered travel vaccines include: Hepatitis A & B combined (Twinrix) for travellers to developing regions; Typhoid for destinations with unsafe water or food supplies; Rabies pre-exposure prophylaxis for adventure travellers or those working with animals; Japanese Encephalitis for rural travel in Asia; Meningococcal vaccine for travel to sub-Saharan Africa or Saudi Arabia; Tetanus-Diphtheria-Pertussis (Tdap) boosters; Polio boosters; and routine vaccines including flu and MMR. We also prescribe malaria prophylaxis, traveller's diarrhea treatment, and altitude sickness medication. Peel Best Pharmacy is co-located on-site — all your travel medications are dispensed immediately after your consultation. Call Peel Travel Clinic at (905) 890-2757 to book.
