What vaccines are available at your Mississauga clinic?

We offer flu shots, COVID-19 boosters, shingles vaccine, pneumonia vaccine, HPV vaccine, Tdap (tetanus/diphtheria/pertussis), and all routine childhood and adult immunizations. Are vaccinations covered by OHIP or insurance?

Many routine vaccines (flu, COVID-19, shingles for 65+) are publicly funded in Ontario. Travel vaccines are generally not OHIP-covered but may be covered by private insurance. Our pharmacists can verify your coverage before administering.

Can children get vaccinated at Peel Best Pharmacy?

Yes. Peel Travel Clinic (same building, Unit 107) is an authorized Yellow Fever vaccination centre — one of the few in the Greater Toronto Area. You receive the official International Certificate of Vaccination (Yellow Card) at your appointment.

How long does a vaccination visit take?

Most vaccination visits take 15–30 minutes including a brief health assessment and a 15-minute post-injection observation period. Walk-in flu shots are typically even faster.
